If you’re looking for a completely hands-free option to start your Short Term Rental Unit, this is the place for you. We have simplified the process into three easy steps.
Step 1
After determining the budget, Valens Rentals will create a design for your space and custom mood board. Recommendations will be provided to help your space earn top dollar. After design approval, the order is placed and the fun begins!
Step 2
After all items have been ordered and delivery begins. Out team will begin getting the property staged and make all the finishing touches to the property, paying great attention to detail and excellence.
Step 3
Lights, Camera, ACTION. After a deep cleaning and photo shoot, your property is ready for its first guest. We will create your listing and get it set up to streamline the process of running a short term rental.
